Christmas Mini Sessions 2022

2022 Christmas Mini Session with Megan Willis Photography.

15 minute session.
Up to 4 children, adults may participate if they wish.
Online gallery for you to select 5 images to keep.
These images are yours to keep, share and print as you please.
For more children or to include parents please purchase back to back sessions.

This year will also feature a neutral-non Christmas set up, perfect for a quick family photo.

Your images will not be posted to my social media accounts before Christmas, so no surprise is ruined if you are using these images for family gifts.

Held at my home studio in Palmwoods. Address and further details are supplied after booking.

INSTRUCTIONS
*Select your chosen time, add to the cart and check out.
*To book a double session (for groups of more than 4 children), add two consecutive time frames to the cart and check out.
*Each session is suitable for up to 4 children, adults may participate if they wish.

BOOKING
You will be sent a client form within a couple of days of your online booking being received. This must be completed and returned to confirm your session time.

ORDERING
You are provided with an online gallery of digital images of the photographer's choice.
This online gallery will be emailed to you within 7 days following your session.
Selection must be made within 5 days of receiving your online gallery.
Extra images are available to purchase for $25 per digital image.

TERMS
Due to the quick nature of these sessions, it is essential you are on time for your sesssion.
Photographer is not responsible if Client(s) or other individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography sessions.
If Client and/or other individuals fail to appear, the session fee is non-refundable.
While I do my best to work with unforeseen circumstances, no refund or reshoot will be provided solely due to uncooperative participants.

Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation: 50% will be refunded if cancelled with greater than 1 weeks notice. No refunds are applicable for cancellations or no-shows within 1 week of the date of your session.
If you are late, you will only be given until your allocated session finish time. These are fast paced shoots with many bookings back to back in one day.

Please ensure you arrive on time and ready for your session.
Out of respect for all people needing to use the set, please ensure children are very clean, particularly with clean feet. No shoes to be worn in the studio on this day.

You are welcome to bring any Christmas themed toys, or accessories you would like to include with your children.

OUTFITS
This is totally your choice.
However, I recommend going down one of two paths. First you could choose to go totally Christmassy with themed outfits or matching pyjamas.
Or, for day to day clothes I would recommend sticking to neutral or traditional Christmas colours.
Ensure clothes are well fitting and ironed. Poorly fitting or wrinkled clothes will be not be retouched by the photographer.

RETOUCHING
No advanced retouching is offered. Photos will be processed to my usual style. However scratches, bruises, rashes, messy hair, wrinkled clothes etc will not be photoshopped. You may add on this service after choosing your images if you wish (you will be quoted $10-$25 per photo for this).
